Meeting & Consulting Rooms
AGIP has consulting and meeting rooms to rent in its spacious North London centre close to transport links (Archway tube, Northern Line, Upper Holloway rail station and buses).
There are nine consulting rooms across three floors that have been set up specifically for counsellors and psychotherapists. AGIP is a psychoanalytic psychotherapy organisation and whilst room hirers may work within a different modality, it is expected that all room hirers will respect the culture of the house which is one of quiet, maintaining excellent time keeping and ethical boundaries. Room hire is on an hourly basis where the sessions are 50 minutes giving sufficient time for room users who have just completed their session to collect their things and leave, and for the next room user to get ready for their session.
Individual consulting rooms are available by the hour Monday – Thursday (daytime only – 7am-9pm) and Friday – Sunday (day or evening) from £11 per hour.
The house has Wi-Fi in every room enabling room users to use them as a base to work remotely as well as for face-to-face sessions. There is a waiting area in the ground floor hallway and a separate one on the second floor for those using rooms there. All room users have access to the house kitchen for making hot drinks and to use the library, or in good weather the garden if they wish to relax or to eat: this can give you an opportunity to meet other therapists and widen your network.
All rooms are well equipped and have clocks and tissues. They are regularly cleaned and maintained. Access to the house (for all room users and patients) is via a security keypad on the front door giving 24/7 access.
There is also a large well-appointed seminar/meeting room and smaller group room which are available Friday pm to Sunday pm and other times by negotiation. Depending on the layout of the seminar/meeting room it can accommodate up to 25 people: likewise, the smaller group room can accommodate up to 15 people. Both rooms have flipcharts/whiteboards and adequate chairs and the meeting/seminar room has a number of collapsable tables for more formal meetings.

Please email us with your enquiry. There is a member of staff at AGIP who is responsible for meeting potential room users to give them a tour of the house, to discuss their room requirements and to explain our booking conditions. We would not expect anyone to hire a room without first seeing it and discussing the hiring arrangements.
