AGIP Council, at its meeting in November 2022 agreed changes to the AGIP Complaints and Grievance Procedure and the introduction of some new, supplementary procedures in support the Complaints Procedure.
The objective is that our procedures are fit for purpose, legally defensible, fair and transparent.
