I offer a safe, confidential space for you to talk about your relationships, behaviours, innermost thoughts and feelings. Psychotherapy does not seek to offer you solutions but rather to explore complicated feelings and recognise unhelpful recurring patterns in thinking and relating with the aim of helping you to make sense of things and understand yourself better.

Before training to become a therapist, I worked for most of my life in the professional services sector in the City. Prior to this I spent three years attending drama school.

I mainly practice in person at Archway. However, I do offer remote sessions.
