I am an accredited psychotherapist and supervisor working in Finchley N3 both in person and online, with over twenty-five years of experience working with individuals 18 + dealing with a wide range of emotional and psychological difficulties.  I have worked extensively in Public, Corporate and Third sectors. My approach blends psychoanalytic, with a focus on the connection between the mind and body, including physical/psychosomatic symptoms, anxiety and relational difficulties of all kinds.

I am increasingly interested in how individuals manage difficult life transitions including shifting identity, migration, early life trauma and how unresolved issues from the past may repeat themselves throughout life, often shaping current emotional responses, including physical symptoms and relational patterns that may be un or semi-conscious.  My aim is to provide an empathetic, caring and thoughtful space where complexity can slowly unfold and be worked through in depth. I work once and twice weekly.
