I am a qualified and UKCP registered psychoanalytic psychotherapist with over 25-years’ experience of working both in the NHS and private practice. I provide reliable, non-judgemental, and confidential psychotherapy for individuals and couples.
I am professional member of the Association of Group and Individual Psychotherapy (AGIP) and Cambridge Society for Psychotherapy. I am also a supervisor of the clinical work of both trainee and qualified psychotherapists.
Psychoanalytic psychotherapy aims to reach the underlying, often unconscious causes of distress. Together we reflect on events in your life, explore your emotional difficulties and the way you relate to yourself and others.
My private practice is in Saffron Walden, Essex. I prefer to see people face to face but also offer on-line and telephone sessions.
