I am a qualified AGIP psychoanalytic psychotherapist, registered with the UKCP-CPJA (2011185432).

I practice from the Fairbridge Clinic in Archway on Tuesdays and from my private consulting room in East London (E20) for the rest of the week.

My psychoanalytic approach invites a sustained and reflective engagement with the unconscious dynamics that shape how we relate, think, and feel. Rather than offering quick solutions, the work creates space to explore the patterns and meanings that lie beneath the surface of everyday life, with the aim of supporting lasting change.

I hold a Master’s degree in psychology from Jagiellonian University in Poland, recognised by the British Psychological Society, and I have worked across a wide range of mental health and social care settings. My experience includes work with complex clinical presentations and a sensitivity to how psychological distress may be expressed in varied and sometimes indirect ways
