I have worked as a therapist since 1998. My initial trainings were humanistic and then between 2002 and 2008, I trained with AGIP. For 25 years, I worked as a therapist in the NHS, ending that work in April 2025.

I have a private practice in Highams Park. Highams Park is an accessible location for people seeking therapy who live in Walthamstow and many other parts of east and north London.

I have found there to be a direct link between the quality of attention that we are given in therapy and the attention that we in turn give to our outside world. Gardening and conservation activity are outworkings for me personally of how supported and understood that I have felt in my own therapy.

I seek to offer a level of committed attention to each person that chooses to work with me as their therapist. It is through feeling and reflection that we participate in vital regenerative processes, and make the gradual shift from quantity to quality in our daily living.
