    Jo Mountain has worked in the psychological therapy sector for over 17 years and been an insurance practitioner for 30 years. She deals with the claims and complaints received by therapist clients, and from this work has developed risk management workshops designed to reduce risk in professional practice. She wants to be clear that the session is not a sales pitch and she will be available after the session to answer any specific questions on insurance should they arise.
